The KCP90-US digital piano captures the beautiful sound of Kawai’s highly acclaimed hand-built concert grand piano, with all 88 keys of this exceptional instrument meticulously recorded, analysed and faithfully reproduced using proprietary Harmonic Imaging™ sound technology. 

TOUCH

For Touch, the KCP90-US uses our Advanced Hammer Action IV-F (AHA IV-F). This action has been developed to represent the distinctive touch of an acoustic grand piano, with its remarkable springless design providing consistent upward and downward motion for a smooth, natural, piano playing experience.

The KCP90-US offers 341 studio quality instrumental and vocal sounds. Virtually every instrument family is represented in the instrument’s extensive sound list. SLIDING KEY COVER

The KCP90-US has a built-in sliding key cover to protect the keyboard from dust and debris when the instrument is not in use.

GRAND FEEL PEDAL SYSTEM

IThe KCP90-US features three pedals – soft, sostenuto, and damper (with half-damper capability). The new Grand Feel Pedal System reproduces the individual weighting of each of the three pedals of the Kawai EX concert grand.

METRONOME

The KCP90-US offers a handy built-in digital metronome with a variety of time signatures and adjustable tempo… perfect for practice.

RECORDER

The KCP offers an easy to use 10-Song / 2-Track built-in Recorder ideal for self-evaluation or capturing a moment of inspiration.

JACKS AND CONNECTIONS

In addition to USB, the KCP90-US has other useful jacks including 2 headphone jacks, and audio input / output jacks for connecting to sound equipment and recording systems.
